Refunds will only be considered within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have actively engaged with the course content, completed the assigned exercises, and implemented the provided strategies. (You will be required to provide proof of completion of each.)

Refund Process:

• Date of purchase
• Reason for your refund request
• Proof of implementation (Before/After photos of the project, completed worksheets, proof of project listed for sale, etc.)

We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the decision via email. 

Refund Approval:

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase MINUS a $50 admin fee.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Refund Denial:

Refund requests may be denied in the following cases:

• If the request is made after the 30-day refund period has expired.
• If you have not actively engaged with the course content or completed the assigned exercises.
• If you fail to provide proof of activity and completion of exercises.
• If you fail to provide proof of implementation of material.
• If the reason for the refund request does not align with the course's advertised objectives and outcomes.
